Since staring off the new year, many of us have been wanting to change our lives for the better. For some of us this includes becoming healthy and fit. We believe that it may be better to start off with a quick 5 minute workout so that you can ease into a pattern for continuous workouts. The other positive of this is that nobody has an excuse not to workout if it only takes 5 minutes! Follow the video below and get fit!

Spiderman Lunge (50 Seconds) - Rest (10 Seconds)
Squat Walks (50 Seconds) - Rest (10 Seconds)
