If you ever feel like your back is aching, it is most likely caused by having bad posture throughout the day. In our everyday lives we sit comfortably which is not necessarily always the best way to sit. Many of these "comfortable" positions are what cause your back problems/pains. Follow these quick and easy exercises at home to strengthen your back and improve your posture!
You Will Need:
Resistance band
Keep your chest out while you keep both arms out in front of you and parallel to the ground. Slowly pull the band back until you can feel your back squeezing. Slowly go back to starting position and repeat 3 sets of 10.
Keep both arms out in front of you and parallel to the ground. Slowly pull your arms out to each side without bending your arms. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 3 sets of 30.
Raise your feet and torso off the ground while you shoot your hands out to make the shape of a Y. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
